Reporting a problem

So we can help quickly, please include:

• which app you are using and its version number (in TinyWords this is at the bottom of the Settings screen);
• your device and iOS version;
• what you expected to happen, and what happened instead.

Reporting a nickname

If you see an offensive nickname on a TinyWords leaderboard, email us the nickname and the board it appeared on and we will remove it.

Removing your leaderboard entry

Email us your nickname and we will delete your entry. See the TinyWords Privacy Policy for what the leaderboard stores.

Restoring a purchase

Purchases are tied to your Apple Account. Reinstalling the app and reopening it restores them automatically. If a purchase does not reappear, email us with the Apple receipt and we will sort it out.
