By downloading or using TinyWords, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use TinyWords on devices you own or control, in line with Apple's standard App Store terms.
Please do not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, resell or redistribute the app, or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.
The free version of the app shows advertisements, including optional rewarded ads you may choose to watch in exchange for an in-game benefit such as an extra life or a hint. Watching a rewarded ad is always optional and the game can be completed without it.
The app offers a one-time, non-consumable purchase that removes advertisements. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policy. In-game items and progress have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged or transferred.
We may update, change or discontinue the app or any of its features at any time. We may also update these Terms; continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TinyAmigo is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app.
